Terms & Conditions: Visa Flow

Last Updated: May 02, 2026

1. Nature of Service

Visa Flow (the "Company") provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed to assist in the organization and automation of visa application data.

  • No Legal Advice: The Company is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or an official representative of any government.
  • Automation Only: We provide a technical bridge (automation/JSON export) to official portals. We do not guarantee the issuance of a visa.

2. No Warranty on Visa Outcomes

The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the respective government consulate (e.g., US Embassy, German Consulate).

  • Liability Disclaimer: The Company is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or administrative processing (221g).
  • Technical Errors: While we strive for 100% accuracy, users must verify all data on the final government portal before submission. We are not liable for typos or data errors resulting from the automation process.

3. Data Privacy & Security (DPDP 2026 Compliance)

As a "Data Fiduciary" under India's DPDP Act, we prioritize your data security:

  • Encryption: All sensitive data (Passport numbers, financial records) is encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Consent: By using the "Import" or "Auto-Fill" features, you grant us explicit consent to process your digital personal data for the purpose of completing visa forms.
  • Right to Erasure: Users may request the permanent deletion of their data at any time after their session is complete.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You represent that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information on a visa form is a federal offense in most jurisdictions.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Social Media Compliance: For US Visa applications, you agree to the 2026 requirement of maintaining Public social media profiles during the vetting period as disclosed in our application guide.

5. Third-Party Portals (VFS, CEAC, VIDEX)

Our software interacts with third-party government websites.

  • System Changes: If a government portal changes its layout or security protocols (e.g., new CAPTCHAs or ATLAS system updates), our service may be temporarily interrupted. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party website downtime.
  • Bot Detection: We use "human-emulation" automation. However, if a portal blocks your IP or account due to automated activity, the Company is not responsible.
